These terms apply to all contracts for digital products concluded through this website. Differing terms proposed by the customer do not become part of the contract unless their application is expressly agreed in writing.

3. Formation of contract

4. Prices and payment

5. Provision of digital content
Digital products are provided for download once payment has been received. No physical data carrier is shipped. The technical requirements for using the files are stated in the product description.
6. Rights of use
On purchase you receive a simple, non-transferable right to use the product privately. Passing it on, reproducing it, making it publicly available or reselling it is not permitted without express consent.
7. Liability
Liability is governed by statutory provisions. The content of the digital products serves general medical education and does not replace individual medical examination, diagnosis or treatment. Liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of this content is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
8. Right of withdrawal

9. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
