Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement — for example by letter or email. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement we use the same means of payment as in the original transaction; you will not be charged any fees for it.

Early expiry for digital content

Important for digital products For digital content not supplied on a physical data carrier, the right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performing the contract after you have expressly agreed that we should begin before the withdrawal period has expired, and you have confirmed your awareness that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. This consent is expressly obtained during the ordering process.
